Welcome to MF Mart. By accessing or purchasing from our website (mfmart.in), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

MF Mart provides premium nuts, dates, and dry fruits. By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under supervision.

  • All information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You will not misuse, copy, or distribute any content from our website without permission.

2. Products & Quality

We ensure every product is sourced, packed, and delivered with care. However:

  • Natural products may vary in size, color, and texture.

  • Images shown are for representation only.

  • Product availability may change based on stock.

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • MF Mart reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

  • Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The information provided is correct.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.

  • Orders may be canceled by MF Mart in case of invalid information, payment failure, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim for same-day or next-day shipping depending on product availability.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • Any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of MF Mart.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of nuts and dry fruits, we follow a strict hygiene policy:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

We only replace/refund if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To request a replacement/refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide order number, product images, and delivery details

MF Mart reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests after evaluation.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mfmart.in — product images, descriptions, graphics, logos, and text — belongs to MF Mart.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reuse is prohibited.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All customer information is handled as per our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or misused.

10. Limitation of Liability

MF Mart is not responsible for:

  • Health issues due to allergies, personal sensitivities, or misuse of products

  • Delays or failures caused by courier partners

  • Loss or damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Customers are advised to check ingredients and allergens before consumption.

11. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
